From Downtown:

1. Travel South on Capitol Avenue from Downtown
2. Merge onto I-70 West, travel approx 8.5 mi
3. Take Exit 68 toward Airport Expressway / Ameriplex Parkway / Ronald Reagan Parkway; take Ameriplex Parkway exit
4. Continue on Ameriplex Parkway South to Exploration Drive
5. Turn left onto Exploration Drive; end at 5225 Exploration Drive.

From the North Side of Indianapolis:

1. Follow I-465 West to I-465 South, towards the Indianapolis Airport
2. Merge onto I-70 West, exit 9B
3. Follow signs for Airport Expressway / Ameriplex Parkway / Ronald Reagan Parkway; take Ameriplex Parkway exit
   NOTE:  Do not actually continue onto I-70 West
4. Continue on Ameriplex Parkway South to Exploration Drive
5. Turn left onto Exploration Drive; end at 5225 Exploration Drive.

From the South Side of Indianapolis:

1. Take I-65 North to I-465 West
2. Follow I-465 West to I-70 West, exit 9 toward Indianapolis Airport
